Bear on a Bike - Spring Card
So I created this card back in January, probably with a lot of Spring intentions. However it sat in a pile, and just sat there, looming at me, lingering. Why did it just sit there?
Well, I wanted to share the card in a post to show off the beauty of the stamp. The awesome Spring vibe, the awesome sentiment, and well those adorable bears - however I was stumped on a name for the post.
The title of a post should be catchy, though often mine are not. It’s a card, how many inspiring things can you say about a card in a title?
The title for this card however was even more puzzling. It’s a card with a bear riding a bike. An incredibly fun looking bear with an adorable little sidekick baby bear riding in the basket.
It’s still a bear on a bike! So that’s it, that’s the title that’s going to entice someone to the page to look at this card. :)
Now that I’ve settled on a title for this inspirational card filled with thoughts of spring and great friendships - I’ll move on to the creation of the card.
The stamp set pictured is from the Good Company stamp set. The stamp set is adorable and features a few other cute characters, a few flower sprigs, inspirational quotes as well as the bear riding the bike. Super cute stamp set.

The grassy hills were from the Lawn Fawn Meadow Backdrop. The die cuts 2 layers of grass and hills and I just tucked the bike between them and cut off the rest of the frame that is the die.
I added some random clouds and patterned paper that would serve as the sky.
The measurements are 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, Scored at 4 1/4.
The card is super simple to put together and the end result is a pretty awesome card you can use to #sendsomelove.
