Where have I been? - From Celebrating a Birthday to Grieving the loss of a life…

I’m sure you have noticed that there has a been a lack of new card designs this past week, and I just want to let you know that I will be back to share some great card designs with all of you.

Wednesday, I took the day off from crafting, glue and scissors to celebrate my own birthday. On that same day my darling mother took sick and she ended up in the hospital.

She battled her illnesses like a trooper for a few days and over the weekend… and then sadly we lost her on March 5th just a short hour into her own birthday.

Needless to say I have taken a few days to first of all to be with her at the hospital and now to grieve and process the loss of my Mom, and the arrangements that go with loss of a loved one.

I’m asking for understanding as I get myself back into a creative mind set that will allow me to get back to sharing fun card designs and some great product reviews with all of you.
