Quick Card featuring Trinity Stamps “Watt’s up” stamp set

Who doesn't love a bit of humor in their day?

Brighten Someone's Day with this witty card - Featuring an adorable light bulb and a pun-filled sentiment, this quick and easy card design is perfect for sharing a smile.

“Love Ya Watts” is a perfectly fitting sentiment for this whimsical card, and the card is perfectly fitting for nearly any occasion.

The design is quick… and the card is “brilliantly” cute!

This darling little lightbulb is part of Trinity Stamps - Watt’s Up stamp set , and as you can well image is filled with many light hearted sentiments to pair up perfectly with the lightbulb theme.

In my opinion, this stamp set is designed for quick & simple greetings that are sure to brighten anyone’s day.

I have been on the search for stamp sets containing humor due to the many requests from customers and followers for a bit of laughter in their card giving. So this set was perfect! I’d give this 9 out of 10 stars!

The only images included in the stamp set are the light bulb and the interior section of the lightbulb, however what lacks in images is definitely made up for in wit and humor when it comes to greetings.

There is a coordinating die available for this stamp set, however it is extremely easy to simply fussy cut the image.

To create this card I started with a 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 layer of white cardstock. I blended a bit of pale yellow ( it’s look darker in the photo ) onto the center of the layer - darkest around the bulb and lighter as the blending went outwards.

I stamped the sentiment in the bottom right corner and left this layer to dry.

On a scrap of white cardstock I stamped the lightbulb image and the center of the bulb.

I added a slight bit of yellow color the bulb with Copic Markers Y15, Y13, Y000

I colored the bottom section of the bulb using N2, N0.

I matted the layer with the sentiment onto a layer of 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 of black cardstock, and adhered this to a 4 1/4 x 11 - scored at 5 1/2 card base.

I fussy cut the light bulb and added foam tape to the back of it and positioned it to the left of the sentiment.

I added a few sparkly yellow gems from my stash.

And that was it… such a simple card.

I know this set will get lots of use in my studio and it is sure to bring many smiles to the recipients of the cards created with it.
