Barnyard Animals - A card with Peekaboo windows!
This card is not only absolutely adorable, its also fun and playful!
And just so easy to make… Thanks to this stamp & die combo from Art Impressions!
The Barnyard Animal Cubbies stamp & die combo comes complete with the stamps for the barn, the fun little animals, some fence and a couple of sentiments… plus the dies for all of the images!
One pass with the die for the barn cuts all of the little doors and cubbies for the adorable farm characters to pop out of. You can mix and match any of the little characters to any door or window openings that you like.
You can have some animals peeking out of doors and some on the ground or throughout the rest of the scene on your card. There are so many possibilities, in fact you don’t even have to cut the barn out. You could just stamp and color it and again arrange the little farm animals in any position you wished them to be.
So I bought the Barnyard Animal Cubbies stamp & die set awhile back during a sale that Art Impressions was having - I always watch for those. I love Art Impressions products, however I also like to buy them during a great sale in order to get a great savings and feel even better about adding to my crafting stash. So just about 2 months ago I paid approximately $10 bucks for this set. I believe it is around $20 regularly, which is still well worth the price for what you get out of it.
I bought one of these cute cubby sets - Yes.. they have lots of them before Christmas, it was the Gingerbread cubbies one and it was so darn cute on Christmas cards. It had a bunch of little gingerbread men that peeked out the doors and window of a freshly baked gingerbread house.
I think I have card with a treehouse with some windows and doors coming up soon that is equally as fun - so be sure to watch for that one.
