November Birthday Card - Fox
November isn’t just all about Christmas!
November comes and we all start dashing through the the snow, jingling silver bells, passing by Frosty the Snowman on our way to sit on Santa’s knee. The season comes upon us so quickly…
In the commercial world we live in it seems like a strong wind blows that last Halloween witch into the night sky and suddenly Santa’s sleigh appears out of the same wind gust.
Almost as fast as the refreshing splashes of a swim in the local lake turn into drips of Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Yet in between all the changes of the seasons, and the commercial displays in the local department stores we have occasions - important occasions!
Life still goes on throughout the seasonal retail merchandise push and we celebrate birthdays, accomplishments, and occasions of thank you’s, the need for a get well card or the acknowledgment of other sad life events.
I love how all of the colors play into each other…
I had 6 birthdays so far in November! Well… not me personally - 6 birthdays in 1 month would be aging myself a little faster than I care to experience. However, I had 6 family Birthday cards to create!
Anyone else have November birthday’s to create cards for?
So today’s card is a birthday card features Freddy the Fox with offerings of sweet birthday balloons. The card has a fun little layout that exposes some super cute pattern paper that coordinates with the colors of the Copic Colored image.
Adorned with a few purple-ish dew drop embellishments.

Card Design:
4 1/4 x 11 Card base, Scored @5 1/2
Pattern Paper cut @ 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
White Cardstock cut @ 4 1/4 x 4 - use a border die to create a cute little edge on this piece.
Add a little splatter to the background of the white card stock layer.
Apply foam tape to the back of the white card stock layer and adhere to the card front.
Color & cut out the Fox image, add foam tape and attach to the desired position on the card front.
Stamp and cut a birthday sentiment and attach to the patterned section of the card front.
Add gems, rhinestones or dew drops in desired positions.
This fox is just to darn cute!
